To send us spam emails or legitimate emails that our spam filter has identified incorrectly, you will need to forward the email or emails you have received as attachments. This guide advises how to do this for the most common email programs in use.

Windows Mail
Select the message or messages you wish to forward:

Click the Message menu and select Forward As Attachment:

Address your email to either spam@spamtraining.plus.com or notspam@spamtraining.plus.com as required and send the message.

Click on the Message menu and select Forward As Attachment:

Outlook
In order to forward messages as attachments in Outlook, you will need to change your software preferences.
If you do not wish to do this permanently, move any affected messages into a separate folder and then you can choose to forward them in groups when convenient, changing your email forwarding back to the original settings afterwards.
To change your preferences, click the Tools menu and select Options:

Select E-mail Options... from the Preferences tab:

Change the forwarding option to 'Attach original message':

Then click OK and on the next screen click OK again to complete the process.
