What are the changes?
I'm a Broadband Your Way Option 1 customer - won't this mean a change to my Terms & Conditions?
I subscribe to Data Transfer Watch, do I need to make any changes?
What if I have additional usage left over at the end of the month that I've already pre-bought?

1. What are the changes?
Good news. We've increased the monthly usage allowance you'll get on Broadband Your Way Option 1 from 1GB up to 2GBs. Because of this we've changed the cost of additional pre-pay and Pay As You Go usage for Broadband Your Way Option 1.

Previous usage cost

Pre-pay additional usage charge - £0.75p per GB
Pay As You Go addtional usage charge - £1.00 per GB

New usage cost

Pre-pay additional usage charge - £1.00 per GB
Pay As You Go addtional usage charge - £1.25 per GB

2. I'm a Broadband Your Way Option 1 customer - won't this mean a change to my Terms & Conditions?
No. The changes we've made won't disadvantage the majority of Broadband Your Way Option 1 customers, infact they'll mean you'll make savings when buying additional data usage. However, there are a small handful of customers who may be affected because of the changes, we'll be contacting these people individually to discuss this.

3. I subscribe to Data Transfer Watch, do I need to make any changes?
No, you don't need to make any changes to your settings. You'll simply be able to transfer more data before you reach your Data Transfer Watch limit.

4. What if I have additional usage left over at the end of the month that I've already pre-bought?
We can refund you for the cost of the pre-paid usage you've already bought. To let us know that you've got usage left over please Raise a Question.
